1) Monthly Partner Webinars: Audience Response.
To avoid long emails like this one, we are going to be holding monthly webinars on a new features and/or upgrades so that we can establish more transparent communication.
In September, we will be hosting a webinar on our Audience Response Module. Please inform Stephanie (Stephanie@eventmobi.com) if you are interested in participating in this webinar on September 21 at 2pm (EST).
2) Gaming Layer: Initial introduction in ECTC, launch in IMEX.
During this year’s EventCamp TwinCities conference in Minnepolis we introduced our gaming layer. The official launch of the gaming & engagement layer will take place in October at IMEX America in Vegas Oct 11, 2011. We will deploy five types of games available which are Session +, Scavenger Hunt, Expo Games, Team Challenges and Networking IceBreaker. Partners will be able to start promoting and selling the gaming module in January 2012. We will hold a webinar and training info sessions prior to this release date to provide more information.
3) Road Map: Attendee Import, Secure Login
Our developers are working very hard to achieve two major features on EventMobi, attendee import and secure login. Attendee import will allow you and/or your clients to import your list of Attendees using the Excel-import feature that we offer. On top of this, secure login will allow for better security on some of our apps. This feature will restrict access only to your registered attendees. This would be of particular interest for private corporate events or invite only shows.
