Event App Pricing & Packages
EventMobi offers two pricing models:
- Per Event Pricing — Provides the most Flexible pricing for organizations hosting a single conference with limited requirements. Costs scale based on attendee count, selected products, and add-ons including Registration, Badge Printing, Check-In, Event App, Lead Capture, and Virtual Event capabilities.
- Per Year Pricing — Provides the best overall value for organizations running multiple events that need a complete event platform. This option offers the lowest per-attendee costs for an end-to-end experience, along with a dedicated Event Success Manager to support your team year-round.
EventMobi pricing is based on:
- The number of attendees, selected products and features, and whether you choose Per Event or Per Year pricing option.
- Per Event Pricing — Starts at $1,000 and scales based on event size and selected products.
- Per Year Pricing — Starts at $8,900 per year and includes unlimited events on EventMobi’s end-to-end event platform.
- Custom pricing is available for organizations with over 10,000 attendees or unique event requirements.
Yes! WeIf your event exceeds the attendee count included in your package:
- You can carry over any unused Per-Year licenses into future contracts.
- You can easily add additional attendees in flexible increments.
Yes. For Per Year Packages:
- Unused attendee licenses automatically roll into future contract periods.
Yes. EventMobi offers discounts for:
- Non-profit organizations
- Associations and member-based organizations
- Multi-year contracts
- High-volume attendee packages
Custom pricing is available for larger organizations based on total attendee volume and event needs.
EventMobi fully supports virtual and hybrid event formats. Some features are priced separately based on usage:
- Streaming and video storage are available as usage-based add-on packs starting from $500 per event.
Registration & Onsite Solutions
Unlike many other platforms, EventMobi does not charge any registration fees:
- There are no fees for free or paid tickets.
- The only fee applied is the standard credit card processing fee charged by your payment gateway.
EventMobi offers multiple badge printing options. Pricing varies depending on printing method, badge type, and hardware requirements:
- Pre-Printed Badges — Professionally printed and shipped directly to your venue. Pricing starts at $3.99 per badge.
- Onsite Badge Label Printing — Print labels on demand using portable printers directly onsite. Hardware rental starts at $1,000 for two check-in and printing stations for a 7-day rental period.
- Onsite Full-Service Badge Printing — Includes full setup, onsite staff, and badge printing management. Custom pricing available based on event size and service requirements.
Yes. EventMobi offers hardware rental options for onsite badge printing:
- Truly portable, wireless, easy-to-use printers with optional rechargeable batteries are available for rent.
- Rental packages typically start at $1,000 for two iPads and printers for a 7-day rental period.
Hardware is shipped directly to your venue for convenient onsite setup.
EventMobi integrates with over 100 platforms to simplify your event operations:
- Standard integrations are included at no extra cost for many CRM systems, registration platforms, marketing tools, and association management software (AMS).
- Custom integrations are available for more complex data sync and workflow needs, starting from $999 per integration.
- Free API & Zapier integration connects EventMobi with over 5,000 additional apps.
Support and Professional Services
Yes. Support levels include:
- All Plans — Phone, email, and live chat support.
- Per Year Pricing — Dedicated Event Success Manager, onboarding, collaborative build sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Per Event Pricing — Onboarding and standard technical support.
