On Feb 23rd, EventMobi awaited the exciting live news from Las Vegas that we had won a Silver Stevie® Award for “Contact Center of the Year” in the Technology Industries category. Additionally, EventMobi was the only Canadian finalist in the Contact Center of the Year category. Coming off of the heels of our 2016 win in the same category, our team is thrilled as it validates what we strive for each day – to provide the best client experience and customer service from beginning to end.
Over the past year, we’ve worked diligently to find ways to go above and beyond for our clients, acting as detectives, consultants and partners in helping get to the bottom of any issue encountered, and enabling them to accomplish their event objectives.
With a renewed focus on customer success, professional services, and frontline customer support teams, we’ve improved our client satisfaction, significantly reduced our time to response and always strive to never miss a call.
About the Stevies:
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide. More than 2,500 organizations of all sizes were nominated and evaluated across all industries in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by an average of more than 150 scores given across seven specialized judging committees.
